Distrutta dal terremoto del 1600, fu la prima ad essere ricostruita, e ultimata nel 1730, inizialmente doveva essere ricostruita a una sola navata, per cui le due navate laterali furono aggiunte in seguito. La facciata barocca originale, come quella delle altre chiese, rimase incompiuta, e per mancanza di fondamenta, fu la prima a cedere. Nel 1938 venne costruita una nuova facciata in stile liberty. L’interno della chiesa è in perfetto stile romanico, si slancia in tre ampie navate con otto altari in pietra e legno, l’altare maggiore, in marmo è sormontato da un grande quadro rappresentante San Pietro in Vincoli, il quadro è arricchito da una bellissima cornice in roccocò. Gli altari minori sono dedicati alle anime del purgatorio, al mistero dell’annunciazione con un quadro pregevolissimo, a Gesù crocifisso e al sacro cuore. Le cappelle delle navate laterali sono dedicate, quella di sinistra a San Giuseppe, Patrono del paese, e quella di destra alla Madonna. Gli ultimi restauri risalgono al 2012, anno in cui venne riaperta dopo decenni di chiusura.

The original Baroque facade, like in the other churches, remained unfinished, and for lack of foundations, it was the first to yield. In 1938 a new Art Nouveau facade was built. The interior of the church is in perfect Romanesque style, it soars in three large naves with eight altars in stone and wood, the high altar in marble, is surmounted by a large picture representing San Pietro in Vincoli, the picture is enriched by a beautiful frame in roccocò. The minor altars are dedicated to the souls of purgatory, to the mystery of the Annunciation with a very precious painting, to Jesus crucified and to the sacred heart. The side aisle chapels are dedicated, the one in the left to Saint Joseph, patron saint of the village, and the one in the right to Our Lady. The last restoration dates back to 2012, when it was reopened after decades of closure.
